ISIPAC 603 EPOXY - POLY AMIDE PRIMER

DESCRIPTION:
This primer is based on epoxy-poly amide resin and anti –corrosive pigment for steel structurs , as two components system .

* Good adhesion
*Good resistance to impact and scratch
* Good resistance to acids , alkalies and mineral oils
* Can be applied directly on the metal surface

ISIPAC 600 HB

DESCRIPTION:
This finish is a high class epoxy - poly amide top coat to be overcoated on pure epoxy anti-corrosive paint produced as two components system.

* Good resistance to alkalis, acids and mineral oils         
* Good resistance to impact and scratch.
* Extra resistance to weathering.                                                         
* Non yellowing.
* Gives non- porous film that prevents corrosion.

DESCRIPTION:
A two components paint solvent-free epoxy system for protective surface coatings with outstanding mechanical & chemical properties. 
CHARACTERISTICS:
* Excellent protection for steel structures in corrosive environments.
* Good adhesion to send blasted steel and concrete, good gloss retention.
* Heavy-duty coat for petrochemical textile mill,sugar mil,water purification & fertilizer
plant .
* Excellent weathering resistance .
* Compatible with fusion bonded epoxy coating .
* No fire hazard .
* Easy clean end hygienic . 
Gloss:  high gloss ( about 80 at angle 60?).

Theoretical spreading rate:

Substrate conditions :
1- Steel blast to 1 so-sa2?
2- The surface must be clean from oils, water &any contamination.
Instructions for use :
1- Mix and stir well before use .
2- The temperature of the paint should be above 15 C?.
3- Tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use by strong solvents.
